Training changes

Please note for Jan, Feb and March the following training days and times.

Monday’s @ Wed- U19 and SW
7pm to 8.30pm
Tuesday & Thurs – U12 5pm
– U14 & U16’s from 5pm or 5.15pm depending on your coach.

Training will now be 2 nights per week with sessions going at least 1.5hrs.

Any issues – please let your coach know.

Please remember in 2019 we will be respecting our coaches and letting them know if we cannot attend a training session. No notice to coaches will result in less game time. Coaches plan sessions, we need to respect them and let them know if we can’t attend.
